No. That is the whole point of hiring us. Point at what you want gone — upstairs, in the attic, behind the shed — and we carry it out. Stairs and tight access are part of the job, not a surcharge.
For safety and legal reasons we cannot haul hazardous materials. That generally includes:
- Paint, solvents, oil, fuel and chemicals
- Asbestos and other regulated materials
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Propane tanks and ammunition
If you are unsure about something, call and ask — we will tell you straight away and can usually point you to the right disposal site.
Landfill is our last resort. Furniture, appliances, electronics, metal and household goods in usable condition are routed to donation centers and recycling facilities whenever possible. Only what truly cannot be reused or recycled is disposed of.
We cover Tampa and the surrounding Tampa Bay communities, including Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Plant City, Lutz, Temple Terrace, Carrollwood, Westchase, Apollo Beach and Wesley Chapel. Just outside that list? Call us — we often travel a bit further for larger jobs.
Not always. For rentals, estates and curbside piles we can often work from photos and instructions, approve the price by phone, and send you confirmation once the job is finished. Many property managers book us this way.
Payment is collected once the work is done and you are happy with the result. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash and common digital payment apps. Businesses and property managers can request an invoice.
