Everything we haul away
From a single mattress to a four-bedroom estate cleanout, Your Junk Pro handles the lifting, loading, hauling and disposal. One crew, one price, nothing left behind.
Residential junk removal
Years of "I'll deal with it later" finally dealt with. We clear single items or entire households, work around your furniture and flooring, and leave the room ready to use again.
- Furniture — sofas, sectionals, recliners, dressers, tables, headboards
- Mattresses & box springs — any size, including bunk and adjustable frames
- General clutter — boxes, bags, toys, clothing, décor and paperwork
- Flooring — carpet, padding, tile and laminate tear-out debris
- Electronics — TVs, monitors, printers and computer equipment
Good to know
- No need to carry anything outside — we come in and get it
- Stairs, elevators and tight hallways included at no extra charge
- Doorways and floors protected before we move heavy pieces
- We sweep the area before we leave
Commonly removed
- Refrigerators & freezers
- Washers & dryers
- Stoves, ovens & dishwashers
- Water heaters & AC units
- Treadmills, ellipticals & weight sets
- Pianos & large safes (call to confirm)
Appliance & furniture removal
Appliances are heavy, sharp-cornered and usually in the worst possible spot. We bring dollies, straps and enough hands to get them out without damaging your doorframes.
Metal appliances are taken to scrap and recycling facilities rather than the landfill, and working units in good condition are offered to donation partners first.
Garage, attic & shed cleanouts
The garage you cannot park in, the attic you dread opening, the shed slowly losing its roof. We clear them out in one visit and take apart anything that needs to come down.
- Garages & carports — tools, paint-free leftovers, bikes, lawn equipment
- Attics & crawl spaces — boxes, insulation scraps, old storage
- Sheds & outbuildings — contents removed, structure dismantled if needed
- Closets & spare rooms — shelving and built-ins removed
- Hot tubs, playsets & trampolines — disassembled and hauled
Teardown included
Sheds, swing sets, hot tubs, above-ground pools, deck railings, fencing and workbenches often need to be broken down before they can be hauled. That labor is quoted upfront with the rest of the job — never billed as a surprise extra.
We handle
- Full-house and apartment clear-outs
- Downsizing & assisted-living moves
- Probate & estate settlements
- Rental turnovers & evictions
- Foreclosure & pre-sale cleanouts
- Hoarding situations, handled with care
Estate & full-property cleanouts
Clearing a loved one's home is rarely just a logistics problem. We work patiently, set aside anything you want to keep or donate, and never rush you through decisions.
For realtors and property managers we can work from a key or lockbox, approve pricing by phone, and send confirmation photos once the property is empty and swept.
Commercial & office cleanouts
Lease ending, office downsizing, restaurant refit or a storage unit full of equipment nobody has touched in years — we clear it on your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Offices — desks, cubicles, chairs, filing cabinets, conference tables
- Retail & restaurant — shelving, displays, fixtures, commercial equipment
- Warehouses — pallets, racking, packaging and accumulated overstock
- Property management — unit turnovers, common-area and curbside pickups
- Storage units — complete clear-outs before your contract ends
Built for deadlines
Lease hand-backs do not move. We schedule around business hours, keep walkways clear while we work, and can provide an invoice for your accounting. Repeat and multi-property clients can set up recurring pickups.
Debris we clear
- Drywall, lumber, trim & framing offcuts
- Tile, concrete chunks & brick
- Cabinets, countertops & vanities
- Roofing tear-off & shingles
- Siding, soffit & gutters
- Scrap metal, conduit & wiring
Construction & renovation debris
A cluttered site slows the whole build. We clear demolition debris and remodel waste so your crew keeps working and your inspection does not get held up by a pile in the driveway.
Cheaper and faster than a dumpster for most residential remodels — no permit, no driveway blocked for a week, and no paying for days you do not need.
Yard waste & storm debris
Florida storms leave driveways and side yards buried. We clear what the city pickup will not take and get your property back to normal quickly.
- Branches, brush & palm fronds after trimming or high winds
- Fence panels, posts & gates — damaged or replaced
- Pavers, dirt, mulch & sod from landscaping projects
- Water-damaged belongings — soaked furniture, carpet and drywall
- Old grills, planters & patio furniture
After-storm priority
We keep schedule room open after major weather for Tampa Bay homeowners dealing with debris, flooded garages and ruined furniture. Call and tell us what happened — we will get you in as fast as we can.
You pay for the space your junk takes up
Junk removal is priced by volume — how much room your items fill in the truck — plus any disposal fees for the material. We measure it on site, quote the all-in total, and you decide before we load a thing.

Tell us about the job
Send a few details and we will come back with a price and the next available window. Including a photo of the pile in your email is the fastest route to an accurate quote.

- Fast replies. Most quotes go out within a couple of hours during business hours.
- Rather talk? Call or text (813) 731-0155 any day of the week.
Not sure which load size you need?
Most people guess wrong — and that is fine. Describe the pile and we will size it for you, free.
